In April 2020, The Waypoint Digital Social Media team were tasked with transforming Izumi Caroline Springs’ online social media presence during one of the most uncertain times for businesses. This was an especially tough time for businesses in the hospitality niche.

The Waypoint Digital design team approached Izumi Caroline Springs with a branding solution that would bring new life to their business. A new brand identity, coupled with a brand new website designed and developed by Waypoint Digital, would be introduced in July 2021.
Waypoint Digital delivered a refreshed brand package as well as a more user friendly and streamlined website. Designed to get customers where they needed to be without many clicks. Prior to this, the website and business branding had gone untouched for almost a decade.
