In April 2020, The Waypoint Digital Social Media team were tasked with transforming Izumi Caroline Springs’ online social media presence during one of the most uncertain times for businesses. This was an especially tough time for businesses in the hospitality niche.

A new brand identity, coupled with a brand new website designed and developed by Waypoint Digital, would be introduced in July 2021.
